What I’ve done…

  • Graduated with an Associate of Science Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute.

  • Earned the Culinary Achievement Award of my graduating class.

  • Placed 2nd in Lauderhill Regionals to qualify for the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition.

  • Worked in the industry for 6+ years.

Fun facts about me:

I could live on avocado, bread and donuts.

Strong believer that food transmits energy and love, therefore we should always cook with intention.

Uncooked cheese is the one thing I would never, ever, ever eat.
